Public Health Game Night I: Pandemic!

CCHD will kick off the festivities on Tuesday, April 3rd, 2018 during NPHW’s Communicable Disease Day by hosting Public Health Game Night! from 6-9 PM at ‘Your Friendly Neighborhood Tabletop Shop’ featuring the board game ‘Pandemic’. ‘Pandemic’ by Z-Man games, is a cooperative board game where players form a team of specialists working together in order to find the cure to four emergent infections threatening regions around the world before they spread, thus preventing the titular Pandemic! During the event we will be assembling cooperative teams of community members and real public health officials from around the state such as health directors, epidemiologists, sanitarians, professors, physicians, researchers and more. Successful teams will be eligible to win copies of Pandemic’s base game. Door prizes will be offered to participants throughout the night.
