PUBLIC NOTICE – Certificate of Need (CON) Filing

KindKin Care LLC intends to file a Certificate of Need application with the Connecticut Office of Health Strategy for the establishment of one Mental Health Residential Living Facility for adults to be located within Hartford or New Haven County, Connecticut, with the final site to be selected prior to licensure.

Planned filing date: By  February 01, 2026 but no later than March, 31 2026
