CCHD is delighted to announce a partnership with TriCircle, a nonprofit providing resources for individuals, families, & communities affected by the disease of addiction. Together, we support recovery through inspiration, opportunity, and stigma-free spaces.

The Hope After Loss group is a support group for anyone who has lost a loved one to a substance related death such as an accidental overdose, drug induced suicide or drug related murder. Facilitated by two professionals, one with lived expertise. This group will meet in our clinic location every 3 weeks starting August 11th, 2025.
