Opioid overdose education & Naloxone (narcan) training

Hepatitis C Antibody Testing
Blood pressure screenings & education
Pre-Diabetes “Healthy Lifestyles” education classes
Seasonal influenza vaccinations (children’s, adult & high dose for seniors 65+)
RSV, COVID-19 and Pneumococcal vaccinations in partnership with Beacon Pharmacy
Substance Use Disorder (SUD) services, including: free naloxone (Narcan), fentanyl strips, peer support, and connections to local support groups and services
Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Friends & Family support groups
Overdose education & Narcan training classes
