Cholesterol Screenings

CCHD - Cholesterol Screening This is a free screening and educational program for residents which begins with an initial cholesterol screening, including a complete lipid profile. Participants with elevated cholesterol levels may then enroll in the cholesterol educational program. This screening program is made possible through a grant from the CT Department of Public Health.

This screening is free to residents age 18+. Fasting after midnight is required. Appointments are necessary. Please call 721-2818.
