Cholesterol Education Class
Participants will learn about the risks of high blood cholesterol, lifestyle modifications that can be made including diet and physical activity, current drug therapies, and resources and support available. The class is taught by a registered dietitian, registered pharmacist and registered nurse. This program is made possible through a grant from the State of CT Department of Public Health.
The program consists of 4 two-hour classes held weekly. There is no charge for this program.
