
Diabetes: Taking Charge Class

This program is provided by the Health District with funds from a Preventative Health and Health Services Block Grant from the State Department of Public Health. It is open to adult diabetic residents and/or immediate family. Participants will learn specific skills and behaviors to reduce the risk of complications from diabetes. The location varies for each session. Information on session dates and locations, when available, will be listed in the monthly events listing.
The program consists of 6 two-hour classes held weekly. There is no charge for this program. Registration is required. Please call 721-2818 to register.
