Nominations Committee

A nominations committee is appointed each year as an ad hoc committee by the Board Chairperson and approved by the Board.  Its annual charge is to prepare a slate of candidates for the three Executive Committee positions – chairperson, vice-chairperson and one other voting member of the Board – for election at the Board’s annual meeting in September.
