Governance Committee
The Governance Committee is responsible for: periodically reviewing Health District Bylaws for compliance with State law; drafting Bylaws revisions as needed; reviewing Board governance issues; identifying the need for Board development and new Board member orientation; reviewing appointments to the Board and assisting the Board in the formulation of policies and procedures pursuant to its overall charge.
